New parental leave policy for BBG
We delivered some good news today to the new parents at BBG. We have announced today that we are extending parental leave to six months fully paid leave for the primary carer, with all benefits maintained, available to all employees who become new parents through childbirth, surrogacy or adoption. Plus we are applying the new policy to our employees currently at home with their new babies.
We believe this is an important move towards greater equality and inclusion. It’s good for women, good for men and good for families. The first few months after welcoming a new child can be a challenging time for parents, and we want to support our employees during this important time. With this new policy, our aim is to offer our employees the flexibility and time they need to bond with their new child and take care of their family.
