Group Administration Manager and Partner
Nicky James joined BBG Auckland in 2004. She is an experienced executive office professional, skilled in management, executive support, stakeholder management, strategic planning, organisational development and business process improvement.
Nicky oversees the administration functions, HR and IT in our offices in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Thailand and China, ensuring systems are in place and efficiencies are maximised. She also provides Executive Assistant support to our Chairman, our Australian-based Group Managing Director, and BBG’s Board, including the co-ordination of governance among partners in the four different countries. In addition, Nicky provides support to our Auckland Managing Directors.
