Communications Consultant - Melbourne

 

Do you want to be part of a high energy team working for clients who are leaders in their field? We’re looking for a dynamic communications practitioner to fill a short term contract from 1 November 2017 to 31 January 2018. 

You should have at least 5-7 years communications experience in corporate communications, great writer, enjoy finding and telling stories, experience in internal and external communications, including media relations.  

Baldwin Boyle Group is an independent public affairs and communications consultancy with a network of offices in Melbourne, Auckland, Singapore, Bangkok and Shanghai.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Experience in consultancy or in-house communications roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Understanding of the print and broadcast media environment in Melbourne
  • Understanding of the social media environment and tools including Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Critical thinker
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • High level of initiative, energy and a strong work ethic

Communications / PR Co-ordinator (Graduate position) - Melbourne

We are looking for a dynamic communications graduate to join our expanding Melbourne team.

This is an entry level position, offering the chance to kickstart your communications career in a fast-paced consulting environment based in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. You will have a degree in communications, journalism, business/commerce or humanities/social sciences.

You will assist senior consultants on writing and content development across all channels, working with the media, liaising with clients, organising events, daily media/social media monitoring and general administrative support to account teams.
