Caroline Duell brings extensive communications experience from time spent with major international companies and the non-profit sector in Australia, UK and Europe.
She is a creative thinker and team leader skilled in developing internal and external communication strategies for corporate and social issues, employee engagement, corporate responsibility and reputation management.
Caroline’s career began when she led external communications efforts for Victorian statutory authority VicHealth and then spent six years in the UK in various corporate communication roles with GlaxoSmithKline.
Moving back to Australia, her focus switched to listed companies where she managed corporate communications in the materials sector for PaperlinX/Spicers involving market disclosures, issues management, business transformation, corporate reporting (Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports) and shareholder communications (AGMs, Shareholder meetings).
More recently she led Public Affairs Australia & NZ for Bristol-Myers Squibb in a highly regulated environment.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
